Returns and full refund available within 30 days after receiving the product for original artworks, gift cards and art prints. Buyer is responsible for safe return of the product and the shipping cost for the return.
Artworks are sold in existing condition. If nothing is stated in the product description, the artwork is deemed to be in perfect condition.
Refunds are not available for commissioned paintings. If a customer is unsatisfied with a commissioned painting it’s possible to get a second version for free.
